I like the idea of healthy food and healthy habits. In this category I'll be documenting my own journey to a healthy lifestyle, body and mind: my try-outs in the kitchen, my fitness struggles, delicious recipes and advice to accept and love yourself. I am in no way fit and healthy now and I'm certainly no dietician/food expert. I'm just a girl on a journey to a healthy relationship with food and fitness who wants to share her progress and ideas with you.
